Production Supervisor – Manufacturing | Silgan Closures – Kingsport, TN

What You Will Do:

• Supervise and support union employees in the production of metal closures
• Ensure product quality, food safety compliance, and a strong safety culture
• Learn and apply SPC principles, SOPs, and productivity standards
• Manage equipment and production flow to maximize efficiency
• Develop, mentor, and assign work to employees while maintaining labor contract compliance
• Foster a positive workplace and lead with effective communication

What You Need:

• Production Supervisor or manufacturing supervisory experience, union experience preferred
• Associate or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced production environment
