As an Associate in IT Infra/Cloud - Linux operations, you will engage in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure within our Technology Consulting practice. This role involves supporting client needs by maintaining and enhancing cloud operations, confirming seamless service delivery. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports IT Infrastructure Managed Services. You will participate in project tasks, develop basic skills and knowledge, and respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs. Responsibilities

- Supporting cloud infrastructure operations and client support initiatives
- Assisting in the administration and optimization of cloud-based services
- Engaging in troubleshooting and resolving cloud computing issues
- Participating in cloud migration and performance optimization projects
- Collaborating with teams to deliver cloud service management solutions
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for cloud operations
- Implementing cloud infrastructure architecture design and strategy
- Monitoring infrastructure performance using tools like Dynatrace APM and Splunk
- Contributing to cloud compliance and security measures
- Developing skills in cloud engineering and infrastructure management

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
