What You’ll Do: 

Make a difference:   Be responsible for maintenance of ITW Building Solution ranges to a high standard for Retail sale to enable profitable growth within region. This includes meeting/exceeding agreed customer service levels, call cycle accuracy and stock maintenance.

Collaborate:  Drive customer satisfaction, meeting/exceeding agreed customer service levels through superior business practices, focused customer service and strong relationship building:

Continuous Improvement:  Maintain accurate call cycle compliance.  With efficient and streamlined customer call cycle delivery, maximising the allocated in-store hours.  And Commit to an active demonstration of ITW culture & values, health and safety work practices and standards

What You'll Bring:

• Previous merchandising experience would be highly desirable but not essential
• Demonstrated high standards of oral, and written communication skills including ability to liaise with varying levels of organisation & customer base
• Proven ability to develop & maintain customer/business relationships
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
• Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
• Some regional travel may be required, up to one week per quarter
• A reliable vehicle is required, and kilometre reimbursement will be provided for all work-related travel
• Territory – Spanning South Brisbane, Ipswich, and the Gold Coast.
