¿Cuál será tu rol?
En VML THE COCKTAIL estamos buscando un/a Media Analyst para incorporarse al área de Data & Marketing.
La misión principal del puesto será analizar el rendimiento de campañas de medios y convertir los datos en insights accionables y recomendaciones de optimización.
Buscamos un perfil analítico, con capacidad para trabajar con datos de distintas fuentes y transformar la información en presentaciones claras y visualmente atractivas.
¿Qué harás?
- Analizar el rendimiento de campañas de media (search, social, display, vídeo, etc.).
- Integrar y analizar, cuando sea necesario, datos de social orgánico e influencer marketing para ofrecer una visión completa del rendimiento.
- Identificar tendencias, oportunidades y áreas de mejora a partir de los resultados de campaña.
- Elaborar recomendaciones basadas en datos sobre:
- Redistribución de inversión entre canales.
- Optimización de audiencias y segmentaciones.
- Rendimiento de creatividades y mensajes.
- Oportunidades de mejora por canal.
- Preparar presentaciones de reporting en PowerPoint con:
- Gráficos y tablas.
- Resumen ejecutivo.
- Principales conclusiones.
- Insights y recomendaciones accionables.
- Limpiar, estructurar y validar datos procedentes de distintas fuentes.
- Colaborar con equipos de medios, cuentas y analítica para asegurar la calidad y utilidad del reporting.
Conocimientos y experiencia:
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia en posiciones similares de análisis de medios / marketing analytics
- Experiencia demostrable analizando:
- Datos de media.
- Social orgánico.
- Campañas de influencer marketing.
- Capacidad para extraer insights y convertirlos en recomendaciones claras y accionables.
- Nivel avanzado de Microsoft Excel
- Imprescindible nivel de inglés alto, hablado y escrito.
- Conocimientos de Tableau o Power BI serán valorados positivamente.
- Familiaridad con plataformas como Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics o TikTok Ads Manager.
