As a Maximo Developer - Senior Associate, you will engage in business application consulting, focusing on Maximo Consulting to deliver client support services. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage workstreams, developing deliverables that align with client service engagements. As a Senior Associate, you will navigate ambiguity, build meaningful client relationships, and mentor junior team members, fostering personal growth and technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to the modernization of field service and operations, utilizing functional and industry technologies. You will be part of a dynamic team that anticipates client needs and delivers quality solutions, enhancing your personal brand and understanding of the business context. This position offers the chance to deepen your technical skills while guiding others and maintaining professional standards.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing Maximo solutions to enhance client operations and asset management
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Maximo with existing enterprise systems
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify and resolve complex technical issues within Maximo applications
- Supporting client engagements by providing technical expertise in Maximo development and integration
- Leveraging emerging technologies to optimize Maximo functionalities and improve client outcomes
- Managing project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations and business objectives
- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest Maximo features and industry trends
- Building and maintaining client relationships to understand and address their specific needs
- Applying solution architecture skills to design scalable and efficient Maximo systems
- Facilitating workshops and training sessions to enhance client understanding of Maximo capabilities

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for a Master's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Materials Science and Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Production Engineering
