Este rol es 100% presencial en nuestras oficinas de la planta productiva de El Pla de Santa Maria (Tarragona)
Principales responsabilidades:
- Elaborar y gestionar el Plan Maestro de Producción para garantizar el suministro de la demanda en tiempo y forma.
- Analizar las necesidades de demanda y adecuarlas a la capacidad productiva de la planta.
- Revisar y optimizar la planificación conforme a los procesos de RCCP.
- Programar y secuenciar las órdenes de fabricación para maximizar la eficiencia operativa.
- Gestionar cambios de planificación derivados de incidencias de producción o variaciones de la demanda.
- Liderar las reuniones diarias con fábrica para asegurar la correcta ejecución del plan.
- Implementar y optimizar estrategias de inventario, incluyendo stocks de seguridad, parámetros MRP y clasificación ABC.
- Analizar incidencias de suministro, identificar causas raíz y desarrollar planes de acción correctivos.
- Mantener y actualizar los datos maestros relacionados con la planificación.
- Coordinar la introducción de nuevos productos y proyectos derivados de cambios regulatorios, asegurando el cumplimiento de hitos y la alineación entre departamentos.
- Actuar como interlocutor principal con los hubs logísticos y otras áreas funcionales para garantizar la continuidad del suministro.
Requisitos imprescindibles:
- Experiencia como Materials Planner o similares
- Conocimiento de sistemas MRP, SAP (MM) o herramientas equivalentes de planificación.
- Nivel alto de inglés (C1+)
- Nivel alto de español (C1+)
- Nivel avanzado de Microsoft Excel.
Se valorará:
- Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería, ADE o similar.
- Formación complementaria en Supply Chain, Operaciones o Planificación, valorable.

- Autonomía y capacidad para trabajar con mínima supervisión.
- Habilidades organizativas y de planificación.
- Capacidad de comunicación e influencia en entornos multifuncionales.

- Flexibilidad, adaptabilidad y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
- Mentalidad de mejora continua e innovación.
