WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will play a key role that will drive ROI-focused marketing activities in support of growth objectives and will be responsible for execution of nVent’s digital media strategy for the Systems Protection Segment by:

• Help shape future AI and digital initiatives in the areas of search, content discovery, Guided Selling und Generative Experiences

• Drive the SEO, AEO and GEO strategy within Systems Protection in close collaboration with Enterprise leaders.

• Identify and drive new concepts to improve digital product findability on websites, search engines, AI platforms, and continuous improvement of the customer experience.

• Accountable and responsible for Systems Protection analytics along the complete digital customer journey Analysis of search, web and user data to derive optimization measures and business recommendations.

• Work closely with product management, sales and marketing to identify business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications. Identify and drive new concepts to improve digital product findability on websites, search engines, AI platforms and generative search applications.

• Manage and prioritize requirements across enterprise digital, IT, external agencies, and technology partners.

• Establish close collaboration with Systems Protection business teams worldwide and promote understanding of SEO, AEO, and digital customer journeys.

• Develop and maintain detailed user documentation for business processes and related applications, conduct internal and external user training and provide support. May be required to perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Data Management or equivalent experience strongly preferred

• 3+ year’s marketing experience in a digital environment working in a matrixed organization or agency required

• Knowledge and experience in sales, marketing, and e-commerce processes

• Several years of experience in the digital marketing, e-commerce or digital customer experience environment of an international B2B company.

• Sound knowledge of SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and modern search technologies.

• Experience with search platforms such as Coveo or comparable enterprise search solutions is an advantage.

• Ability to analyze, structure and translate business requirements into technical requirements, user stories or specifications.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to successfully bring business and technical teams together.

• Analytical thinking and experience in dealing with web analytics, search analyses and data-driven optimizations.

• Understanding of modern digital platforms such as CMS, PIM, Digital Commerce, Product Data Management and Marketing Technologies.

• High level of initiative, strategic thinking and enjoyment of driving change and opening up new digital opportunities.

• Ability to collaborate with people and departments in multiple time zones

• Motivation to work energetically, positively, and tenaciously with minimal supervision

• Advanced English skills
