Grecotel Hotels & Resorts is looking for a driven and hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to coordinate and deliver the company's marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Operations Manager will translate agreed priorities into coordinated campaigns, manage the marketing calendar and delivery roadmap, and ensure effective collaboration across Digital Marketing, Content & Creative, PR & Communications, Events, Sales, Revenue Management, E-Commerce, Distribution, CRM & Loyalty, and Data & Analytics. Responsibilities
- Manage the marketing calendar and campaign execution roadmap, translating agreed priorities into clear deliverables, owners, milestones, and deadlines.
- Coordinate campaign execution across Digital Marketing, Content & Creative, PR & Communications, and Events, ensuring alignment of messaging, timing, dependencies, and priorities.
- Lead day-to-day project management for marketing initiatives, remove delivery obstacles, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Manage content briefing, review, and approval workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, brand compliance, and timely sign-off.
- Coordinate external agencies, production partners, and suppliers, including briefs, schedules, deliverables, approvals, and commercial follow-up.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered on time and within approved budgets, tracking project-level spending and escalating risks promptly.
- Work closely with Revenue Management, E-Commerce, Distribution, CRM & Loyalty, Sales, and Data & Analytics teams to maximize demand generation, direct bookings, and profitability.
- Coordinate the production and rollout of marketing materials, promotional content, visual assets, and digital campaign components.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal stakeholders, providing regular status updates, action logs, and visibility on dependencies and risks.
- Track campaign performance, consolidate input from relevant teams and agencies, and ensured follow-up actions are assigned and implemented.
- Support the coordinated delivery of events, trade shows, partnerships, and promotional activations.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning and identify operational opportunities.
- Prepare regular delivery and performance reports for the Marketing Director, highlighting progress, results, risks, and recommended next actions.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, with hospitality experience preferred.
- Proven experience coordinating integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution and post-campaign follow-up.
- Experience coordinating external agencies, suppliers, and production partners.
- Experience working with project management and collaboration platforms.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills, with the ability to align teams and maintain clear ownership of actions.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and the wider commercial ecosystem, including E-Commerce, Distribution, Revenue Management, CRM & Loyalty, and campaign analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track performance and drive timely follow-up actions.
- Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
- A proactive, detail-oriented, delivery-focused mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality and marketing.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet business needs.
