About the Role
As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns, leverage market insights, and optimize marketing performance across multiple channels. This role offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions while contributing to Accenture's continued success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
Identify marketing opportunities through market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, content, and other relevant channels.
Define campaign requirements, objectives, timelines, and success metrics to ensure effective execution.
Collaborate with sales, leadership, and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
Support change initiatives and marketing transformation efforts to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, campaign management, or a related discipline.
Expert proficiency in Oral Communications with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
Advanced proficiency in Presentation Delivery and communicating strategic recommendations to senior audiences.
Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments with multiple stakeholders.
Advanced experience in Sales and Channel Management.
Advanced knowledge of Sales Enablement strategies and tools.
Intermediate proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement.
Intermediate proficiency in Conflict Resolution.
Beginner proficiency in Strategic Thinking and long-term planning.
Experience in marketing transformation, digital marketing, or customer engagement initiatives.
