What you will do

What You Will Do

As a Neutrogena Marketing Intern, you will support the marketing team in executing brand initiatives, product launches, online & offline campaigns, and consumer engagement activities. This role provides an opportunity to gain exposure to brand management, consumer insights, e-commerce, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Neutrogena marketing campaigns and brand activities.

• Assist in the preparation of launch plans, brand presentations, and business reviews.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.

• Support digital and social media campaign execution by coordinating with agencies and internal stakeholders.

• Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare performance reports.

• Assist with e-commerce content optimization, product page updates, and asset management across key online retailers.

• Coordinate artwork, claims, and promotional material approvals with relevant teams.

• Support budget tracking, purchase order follow-up, and marketing administrative processes.

• Participate in cross-functional projects with Sales, Category Development, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and Regional Marketing teams.

• Provide logistical support for consumer activations, events, influencer activities, and internal meetings.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in: Business Administration Marketing Economics Industrial Engineering Communication or a related field

• Available to work at least 4 days per week during the academic year.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Fluent in Turkish and proficient in English.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Passion for consumer goods, beauty, skincare, and marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or project experience in marketing, FMCG, beauty, healthcare, or e-commerce.

• Experience with data analysis and reporting.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.

• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
