About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Digital Growth Specialist to take ownership of digital marketing execution and strengthen the organisation’s online presence. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and broader leadership team, you will deliver SEO initiatives, website enhancements, content marketing, paid advertising, and creative assets that contribute directly to lead generation and business growth.

This role is ideal for a proactive marketer who can work independently, identify opportunities for improvement, recommend new initiatives, and confidently take marketing activities from concept through to delivery.

Ideal Profile

Experience & Capabilities

• Demonstrated experience across digital marketing, marketing operations, or growth marketing.
• Strong hands-on SEO expertise and a solid understanding of search optimisation principles.
• Experience managing WordPress websites and digital content.
• Proven experience running Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.
• Strong content writing and copywriting skills across websites, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Experience creating digital marketing assets using Canva or similar design platforms.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong capability to manage multiple marketing activities independently.
• Experience collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & SEO

• Develop and execute SEO strategies designed to improve organic visibility, search rankings, and website traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to strengthen online performance.
• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements aligned with SEO best practices.
• Analyse competitor activity and identify opportunities to enhance digital presence.
• Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting and optimisation recommendations.

Website Management

• Manage and maintain the organisation’s WordPress website.
• Build and optimise landing pages that support marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate, current, and search-optimised website content.
• Collaborate with external agencies where required while supporting the development of greater in-house capability.

Content & Creative

• Develop engaging website content, blogs, and marketing copy.
• Create and update digital graphics using Canva or similar design tools.
• Support basic video editing and multimedia content production.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Paid Advertising

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise Meta advertising campaigns.
• Monitor conversions, campaign performance, and return on investment.
• Use campaign analytics to identify and recommend performance improvements.

Marketing Collaboration

• Partner closely with the Marketing Manager and leadership team to deliver marketing initiatives.
• Contribute ideas that strengthen lead generation, digital visibility, and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, agencies, and creative partners as required.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned marketing initiatives, from planning through execution.
