Qsight is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Market Research Operations Associate to support our Tracker products and other healthcare market intelligence initiatives. Tracker is one of Qsight's flagship data products, monitoring growth and trends across multiple Medical Aesthetics and MedTech markets through recurring survey-based research.
This is an execution-focused Research Operations role. The majority of the work involves panel recruitment and management, Excel-based data management, recurring tracker maintenance, data quality checks, and supporting survey-based research projects. This role is best suited for candidates who enjoy structured operational work, have strong organizational and Excel skills, and are looking to build a career in research operations.
The ideal candidate has experience with market research, survey operations, panel management, or research project coordination and enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure research projects are delivered accurately and on time.
This is a hybrid position based out of our Pune or Mumbai office, or can be fully remote. Candidates must be available to work US Eastern Time hours (6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST).
What You'll Do
- Support recurring research operations and tracker processes while developing expertise in research operations and healthcare market intelligence
- Recruit, onboard, and manage panel members supporting recurring research studies
- Support monthly and quarterly data collection activities from longitudinal panels of medical aesthetics and healthcare professionals
- Coordinate day-to-day execution of recurring research projects to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Assist with survey questionnaire development, Qualtrics programming, survey testing, deployment, and survey distribution
- Perform Excel-based data collection, validation, quality assurance, and data management activities
- Organize, clean, and prepare research data in Excel to support downstream reporting and analysis
- Review and prepare data for monthly and quarterly release cycles while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Maintain recurring trackers, reports, dashboards, and operational documentation
- Support reporting and data visualization efforts by preparing clean, validated datasets for internal teams and client deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including research, survey programming, and data operations to support successful project execution
What You Have
- Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Business, Sociology, Economics, Statistics, Life Sciences, Psychology, or a related discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in market research, research operations, survey operations, panel management, research coordination, or a related field
- Experience supporting survey programming, testing, deployment, and distribution; Qualtrics experience strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, lookup functions, filtering, data cleaning, and data validation
- Experience performing data quality checks and preparing datasets for reporting
- Experience coordinating multiple research projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams
- Experience with panel recruitment or panel management is highly preferred
- Desire to build a long-term career in research operations within a fast-paced, growing organization
Nice to Have
- Experience working with recurring tracker studies or longitudinal research
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer research experience
- Experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics
- Experience supporting dashboards or recurring reporting processes
- Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools
