Job Description

工作职能：

1. 拥有医药零售或医院、或快消等渠道的销售及团队管理经验，熟知一线销售业务痛点与作业逻辑（地区经理或城市经理级别以上）。

2. 能深入业务一线诊断销售痛点，以Facilitator角色组织业务团队进行共创研讨，引导团队自主剖析问题、形成落地对策。

3. 根据销售真实痛点萃取业务案例和实践，独立开发实战销售课程与工作坊素材，内容紧贴业务，聚焦业绩提升。

4. 设计销售复盘、问题共创、经验萃取工作坊流程，现场主持引导研讨，沉淀可复制的标准化销售打法。

5. 追踪培训落地效果，依据业务情况迭代课程与研讨工具，搭建诊断-课程开发-共创落地的赋能闭环。

6. 向业务管理端输出团队能力诊断报告，沉淀案例与工具库，打造销售自我解决问题的长效赋能体系。

任职要求：

1. 大学本科以上学历

2. 英文读写口语良好

3. 有相关医药行业培训经验

4. 能熟练运用AI工具以及office操作等
