Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic retail partnerships that drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and increase footfall across the Post Office network. The role will focus on expanding products, services, and commercial collaborations that leverage SingPost's nationwide retail presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partnership Development & Revenue Growth 

• Identify and secure new retail, financial, digital, and service partnerships for deployment across the Post Office network. 

• Develop commercial proposals, business cases, and partnership agreements to achieve revenue and profitability targets. 

• Negotiate commercial terms with partners and manage contract execution. 

• Explore new business opportunities including retail merchandise, gift cards, digital services, ecommerce solutions, telco products, and payment services. 

2. Retail Business Expansion 

• Drive initiatives to increase customer traffic and transaction volumes in Post Offices. 

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to launch new products and services across the network. 

• Evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities. 

• Develop go-to-market strategies for new retail concepts and partnership programmes. 

3. Partner Relationship Management 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key strategic partners. 

• Conduct regular business reviews and performance monitoring. 

• Work closely with partners to optimize sales performance and customer experience.

• Resolve operational and commercial issues to ensure successful partnership delivery. 

4. Project Management & Implementation 

• Lead end-to-end implementation of partnership initiatives from concept to launch. 

• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Technology teams to ensure smooth execution. 

• Track project milestones, risks, and performance metrics. 

• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements. 

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting 

• Establish KPIs and success metrics for partnership programmes.  

• Analyze sales, profitability, and customer engagement data. 

• Prepare management reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership. 

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize commercial outcomes. 

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Requirement:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail partnership management, business development, or commercial account management preferred. Fresh graduates with strong commercial acumen and relevant internship experiences are welcome to apply, 

• Lead Generation & Hunting: A strong "hunter" mindset to research target markets, new revenue streams, prospect high-value accounts, and expand SingPost's "share of wallet."  

• Account Planning & Win Labs: Utilizing structured sales methodology to create strategic account roadmaps and run scenario planning ("win labs") for major tenders.

• CRM Mastery: Familiarity with Salesforce for high-accuracy forecasting and funnel management.
