What is the role of the Manager Business Continuity?
Details of the Role - The role is required to support the Head of HSSE in keeping the BCP updated with new requirements, updates, etc. and develop independent BC plans for all new SBUs. The incumbent will also assist the Head of HSSE in capturing and mitigating all operational risks that Jazz faces currently and in the future.
The role reports directly to the Head of HSE & Security and has 0 people reporting directly into it with an extended team of 12 team members
What does the Manager, Business Continuity do?
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop Business Continuity Plans for each SBU.
· Assist the Head of HSE & Security in BC work, projects, etc.
· Keep all documents updated.
· Identify all Operational Risks in each Division and capture in the Risk Register
· Conduct Business Impact Analyses
· Calculate RTOs, RPOs, etc.
· Develop Risk Mitigation plans
· Develop and conduct drills and exercises
· Work with Tehcnology to keep their Recovery Plans updated.
· Work with Cyber Security and Data Protection teams to capture related risks.
· Stay updated on emerging threats and calculate their impact on Jazz.
Key Deliverables
· BC Plans for each SBU, including conducting BIAs
· Updated Company Risk Register
· Assisting in all Audits, internal and external
· Working with clients and their relevant teams who have requirements related to BC
· Develop presentations and infographics

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be a Manager, Business Continuity?
· Business Graduates, preferably MBAs with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
· Presentation skills, communication skills, report writing, good organization skills, familiarity with Cyber Security and Data Protection. Familiarity with Cyber Security and Data Protection principles.
· A keen eye for identifying threats while in the initial stages.
· An interest in geopolitics and geo-economics.
