What is Expert Business Analytics?

Teknosys is looking for self-driven individuals who want to be part of the Teknosys family. You need to have strong interpersonal skills as you will be collaborating with multiple teams including but not limited to Segments, Pricing, Digital, Data Science, CVM, and Consumer Insights. You need to be passionate, analytical, and aware of GSM market dynamics.

The role reports directly to the Head of Performance Analytics.

What does Expert Business Analytics do?

The Expert Performance Analytics role is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making by monitoring business performance, identifying growth opportunities, developing analytical solutions, and enabling leadership with timely, actionable insights across JazzWorld's digital and telecom businesses.

Core scope of the role includes:

• Create interactive dashboards that provide management with timely visibility into business performance and proactively highlight emerging risks and opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify the drivers impacting customer behaviour, engagement, and base composition.
• Enrich analyses by integrating consumer insights and keeping pace with evolving market dynamics.
• Support strategic planning and decision-making through data modelling and scenario analysis.
• Communicate and present insights effectively to colleagues, senior management, and stakeholders across the organization.
• Develop analytical infrastructure that enables efficient and scalable business insights.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all analytical outputs.
• Automate recurring reporting processes and streamline data workflows using Python and SQL.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning—including predictive analytics, anomaly detection, automated insight generation, and GenAI-assisted reporting—to improve business performance and decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance goals, targets, and success indicators.
• Coordinate with regional teams to support KPI delivery and performance improvement.
• Report and monitor major KPIs (subscribers, revenue, engagement, etc.).
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Monitor target achievement and track monthly performance against agreed targets.
• Forecast subscriber growth, revenue, and other critical KPIs, leveraging statistical and AI/ML techniques where appropriate to improve forecast accuracy.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Business Analytics?

• 3+ years of experience in Performance Analytics, Pricing, or Growth roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in BI and analytics platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, BigQuery, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Firebase, or Mixpanel.
• Exposure to applying AI/ML or GenAI tools in a business or analytics context is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and cross-functional teams.
