The Opportunity

We are on the lookout for a hard-working Water Cart/Loader Operator to join our busy Renwick Quarry team for the summer season.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into an interesting and hands-on role, working in a dynamic quarry environment and reporting directly to the Quarry Manager.

Seasonal Term: 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027.

Role Accountabilities 

• Driver and operate machinery (water cart and loader) in a professional manner
• Maintain equipment in a presentable manner
• Ensure machinery checks are completed and necessary maintenance completed before machinery is operated
• Working with the quarry team and assisting where necessary to ensure the quarry operates smoothly (helping out with crusher maintenance and cleaning)

 What you’ll bring to the table

• Current drivers’ licences up to Class 4
• W,T,R (wheels, tracks, and rollers) endorsements
