The Impact You’ll Have:

We are looking for a Machine Learning Developer who possesses deep knowledge in model development, advanced analytics, and Generative AI. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing ML models that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.

What you’ll do:

• Model Development: Build, develop, train, and optimize advanced algorithms based on machine learning and deep learning to address business challenges and improve customer outcomes.

• Generative AI Solutions: Build and enhance LLM-based applications, RAG systems, and AI-powered personalization solutions.

• Data Preparation & Feature Engineering: Analyze large datasets, perform feature engineering, and develop high-quality training datasets for model development.

• Experimentation & Analysis: Conduct model testing, performance evaluation, and continuous experimentation to improve prediction accuracy and business impact.

• Business Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.

• AI Innovation: Stay current with emerging AI/ML techniques and identify opportunities to leverage them across the organization.

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing, implementing, and optimizing Machine Learning and Deep Learning models to solve complex business problems.

• Strong expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, including classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, recommendation systems, neural networks, and deep learning.

• Experience across the full data science lifecycle, including feature engineering, statistical modeling, experimentation, model evaluation, performance tuning, and optimization.

• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, data processing, model development, and deployment.

• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and/or PyTorch.

• Ability to translate business requirements into predictive analytics and AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value.

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, and LlamaIndex is highly preferred.

• Exposure to cloud-based environments and data platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with familiarity in MLOps concepts and best practices considered a plus.

• Experience building dashboards, visualizations, and executive-level reporting using Power BI or similar visualization tools.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

Future-Ready Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience in integrated marketing, digital agency, marketing services, or consulting environments preferred.
