The Receptionist will be primarily responsible for the delivery of the Customer Service experience, ensuring exceptional customer interaction, leaving guests and callers with a positive, professional and lasting impression. She/he will also be multi-skilled to meet the wide and varied requirement of the role.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting all visitors and residents, anticipating their needs, and acting as the primary point of contact for all reception-related enquiries
- Manage reception operations for 8 hours daily, Monday to Friday, ensuring the desk remains staffed, immaculate, and fully operational at all times
- Handle guest registration efficiently, including issuing passes, explaining health, safety, and evacuation procedures, and utilizing your ability to remember names and faces
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, inductions, taxi services, and other visitor logistics using approved suppliers and internal systems
- Maintain visual and operational excellence across the reception area and related spaces, taking ownership of creating a professional, welcoming environment
- Complete daily checklists and monthly reports, ensuring compliance with all site procedures, health & safety protocols, and incident reporting requirements
- Collaborate seamlessly with courier companies, service providers, and the wider Facilities Management team to ensure smooth operations
- Provide local area information, including directions, travel updates, and general guidance to support visitors and staff throughout their day

- Team-oriented approach with self-motivation and the ability to inspire and support colleagues in delivering service excellence
- Trustworthy and discreet, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
