You are a seasoned Ops Engineer/Linux Administrator/Platform Engineer, seen as the go-to expert by colleagues. As an Ops Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of monitoring, managing, testing, deploying, and operating applications. You observe their technical behaviour and performance across all facets. Your proactive approach will involve identifying and addressing operational issues while spearheading the ongoing enhancement of deployment automation through our Azure pipelines. Embracing the DevOps philosophy, we prioritize the delivery of high-quality, mission-critical software within set timelines, utilizing iterative development methodologies. With regular milestone demos to the business, we ensure alignment and minimize surprises.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Linux Administrator:

• You can design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain high-quality software solutions. 

• You can challenge the status quo and offer improvements that lead to higher quality/ease of use/maintainability/etc. 

• Contribute to automating build, test, and deployment practices through CI/CD pipelines. 

• Experience and abilities in coaching and mentoring other squad members, including providing guidance, sharing knowledge and promoting a cooperative team environment. 

• Participate in Root Cause Analyses and help implement improvements.
