THE WESTGOLD OFFER

• Full-time, permanent position based at our Tuckabianna Processing Plant near Cue.
• Remuneration includes base salary + site allowance + wellbeing allowance + up to 15% STI bonus + Superannuation.

• Based at our Tuckabianna site 7 nights on, 7 days on & 14 days off roster – Fly in on nights!

THE ROLE

• Operate all processing plant equipment relating to: Milling, CIL, Crushing, Gravity & the Elution circuit as well as the control room and tailings storage facilities
• Operate the forklift, EWP, and skid-steer in a safe manner
• Operate process control systems using CITECT
• Identify and diagnose items of the plant that require maintenance or repair
• Identify and act on ways of improving output or efficiency of the plant
• Mentor team members to create a safe and efficient work environment
• Liaise with Contractors and Stakeholders as required

WHAT DO I NEED

• Current “C” Class Manual Western Australian driver’s licence
• 5+ years experience working within a gold processing plant
• Previous experience in a Leading Hand role (desired)
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Experience in process control and SCADA systems (CITECT) (desirable)
• Confined Space Ticket (desirable)
• Gas Testing Ticket (desirable)
• Working at Heights Ticket (desirable)
• Forklift Licence (desirable)
