We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer UxDesign(Front end developer) to oversee our development teams, specializing in Front end Web Application development. As a Technical Leader, you will play a crucial role in guiding the technical direction, ensuring best practices, and fostering team development to achieve successful project outcomes.

Profile

Experienced developer between 5– 9 years in HMI development in web technologies (Angular/React/Vue)

Required competencies/skills

• Accountability on the collection of needs, co-engineering.
• Create mock-ups under Figma or equivalent and especially under IDE, benchmark of technologies, DAR, POC.
• Convert graphic objects into a library of reusable components integrated into an IDE
• Implement an HMI from the model and connect it to the backend
• Document formalization: spec, design, user manual
• Pedagogy, training: remotely train the technical members of the team on Web technologies
• Collaborative experience (knowing how to collaborate in a multisite and multicultural team), France/India
• Angular/React/Vue skills
• Know how to define and propose technologies and tools around automatic HMI testing solutions
• Also have experience in AI-assisted Uxdesign

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of JIRA tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of generative AI
