Job requirements
Experience Range: With at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ implementations and customizations, and up to 6 years including integration and migration projects Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop advanced Salesforce CPQ solutions, including custom scripts, quote templates, and approvals to address complex business requirementsLead integration initiatives using REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms to connect Salesforce CPQ with external systemsArchitect and optimize data models, ETL processes, and data mapping for legacy-to-SaaS migrations, ensuring data integrity and successful reconciliationConduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers, promoting best practices in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow developmentConfigure and manage Service and Sales Cloud environments, including telephony and contact center integrations to enhance customer engagementOversee PII handling and cutover activities, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards during migration phasesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement middleware AI use cases, driving innovation in agentforce and prompt builder solutionsRequired Skills:
Salesforce CPQ configuration and customizationApex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) developmentFlow automation in SalesforceIntegration design and implementation using REST, SOAP, and middlewareData-model design, ETL processes, and data mapping for SaaS migrationsSnowflake expertiseUnit testing and code review in Salesforce environmentsPreferred Skills:
Experience with Agentforce and Prompt Builder for AI-driven solutionsKnowledge of contact center and telephony platforms such as NICE, Aurora, and KhorosProficiency in Java for integration and middleware developmentUnderstanding of PII handling and data privacy complianceExperience with reconciliation and validation during migration cutoverDesired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related disciplineSalesforce Certified CPQ SpecialistSalesforce Platform Developer certification or Apttus CPQ certification
