We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1000 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are over 1000 people, based out of 15 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst with strong product management skills to join our team. The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

Client Engagement and Digital Strategy  

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the client throughout the project, positioning the team as a strategic partner rather than a delivery function.  
  • Lead client workshops and strategy sessions to shape digital roadmaps, aligning stakeholder priorities with commercial and fan engagement objectives.  
  • Develop and present digital strategy recommendations that translate complex data and technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for senior client stakeholders.  
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships across the project, balancing competing priorities and expectations while maintaining trust and momentum.  
  • Manage internal stakeholders across account, design, data, and engineering teams, keeping them aligned on client priorities and project direction.  
  • Identify opportunities to expand scope and deepen client relationships, contributing to account growth and new business development.  
  • Prepare and deliver polished client-facing materials, including strategy decks, business cases, and progress reporting, to a consistently high standard.  
  • Represent Two Circles in client meetings and steering groups, bringing a point of view on industry trends and best practice in sports and entertainment digital strategy.  
  • Use AI tools to synthesise workshop outputs and stakeholder input into clear themes and recommendations, speeding the path from discovery to strategy.  

Product Management  

  • Lead the development and execution of digital product strategies and roadmaps for Two Circles' clients in the sports and entertainment industry.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the data analysis, design, and engineering teams, to deliver high-quality digital products on time and within budget.  
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to define, capture, and prioritise requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.  
  • Define processes, map customer journeys, and user stories, with a focus on optimising business processes and identifying areas for improvement.  
  • Collaborate with designers to create cutting-edge functional and aesthetically delightful experiences that align with business goals.  
  • Analyse user behaviour and prioritise user needs, defining features and functionality for multiple products at once by adopting a metrics-driven approach.  
  • Ensure that all products managed meet and exceed the highest experience and quality expectations within the digital product industry, while also addressing business requirements. 
  • Use AI tools to rapidly prototype product and feature concepts, enabling faster validation with clients and stakeholders before committing engineering effort.  

Business Analysis 

  • Apply business analysis methodologies to gather, document, and analyse business requirements for digital products in the sports and entertainment marketing sector.  
  • Elicit and define clear, actionable user stories and requirements, ensuring they align with the organisation's strategic objectives.  
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend and prioritise features and functionality that deliver value to both the client and the business.  
  • Perform comprehensive market and industry research to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges, helping shape product strategies.  
  • Collaborate with technology and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions. 
  • Maintain a strong focus on user-centric design and functionality, ensuring products meet or exceed user expectations. 
  • Continuously seek feedback from clients and end-users to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements.  
  • Assist in the creation of product documentation, including functional specifications, process maps, and user stories. 
  • Apply AI tools to accelerate the production of requirements documentation, user stories, and specifications, while maintaining rigour and accuracy in the output.  

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Product Management, Business Administration, Economics) or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience across product management, Business Analyst, or digital consulting, with a track record of delivering successful digital products. 
  • Strong analytical, communicative, and collaborative skills, with experience in developing and measuring product metrics. 
  • Strong core consulting skills and capabilities including client management, slide building and cost analysis. Strong consulting experience will be highly valued.  
  • Good understanding of business development processes.  
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product development tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar tools. 
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with design, data analysis, and engineering teams to deliver successful products. 
  • Knowledge of the sports and entertainment industry and a passion for sports and entertainment developments and trends. 
  • Confident and practical use of AI tools such as Claude, OpenAI, Figma, and Linear to support workshop synthesis, requirements drafting, and prototyping, with sound judgement on where human review and oversight are required.
