This attorney will be expected to serve as a trusted advisor who can provide day-to-day counseling on HR related issues, provide internal training to Human Resources on key areas of employment law and best practices, develop proactive legal and labor relations strategy, manage complex matters, and help strengthen the organization’s overall employment and labor posture.

This is a highly collaborative role for an attorney who can operate effectively at both the strategic and tactical levels and who is comfortable partnering across functions to support business objectives while managing legal risk.
