About the role:

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to drive learning initiatives within Customer Operations. You will design and deliver scalable training programs, manage onboarding, and support continuous employee development to improve performance, efficiency, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the L&D strategy in line with Customer Operations goals and development needs.

• Identify skills and performance gaps and create blended learning solutions across onboarding, compliance, service, systems, and leadership.

• Own and continuously improve onboarding and induction programs in collaboration with six Subject Matter Experts.

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning materials.

• Develop practical best-practice guides and job aids to improve consistency and efficiency.

• Maintain training content to ensure accuracy and relevance.

• Facilitate retrospectives, brainstorming sessions, and other employee engagement initiatives.

• Measure learning effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance data.

• Explore external funding opportunities, including government and EU training schemes.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Learning & Development, training, instructional design, or a similar role.

• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Experience designing and delivering onboarding and training programs.

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

• Ability to translate business needs into practical learning solutions.

• Data-driven and comfortable measuring training effectiveness.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives

• Experience in fintech, financial services, Customer Operations, or contact centers is an advantage.

The starting salary for this position is €2,500 gross per month.
