We are seeking a talented individual to join our Embedded insurance team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Bucharest office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We create and manage innovative insurance distribution programs where tailor-made insurance products are sold alongside other services through different Partners (B2B2C/B2B2B). These programs help non-insurance Partners —such as telcos, retailers, online platforms, banks, manufacturers, professional and sport associations etc. to differentiate themselves in the market, generate additional revenue and expand their product’ offering.

We will count on you to:

• Coordinate insurance distribution projects and manage key client relationships.
• Analyze product performance and support Partners with insurance programs.
• Support sales activities, creatively find new ways to approach clients and develop our embedded insurance programs.
• Come up with new ideas to bring value to our Partners.
• Engage with senior managers in settings and collaborate with global teams.

What you need to have:

• Experience in client management (including senior executives) and good communication skills.
• Organization and project management skills, and a team player attitude.
• A proactive, creative mindset and problem solving attitude.
• Interest in the insurance and financial industry.
• Fluency in English.

• Experience working in embedded insurance, InsurTech or FinTech, or insurance distribution environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a creative approach to client needs.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects independently.
