Job Description

Job Responsibilities 

• Work with clients to understand their Supply Chain-related business requirements and assist in providing suitable solutions using the IFS ERP platform.

• Support the configuration of IFS ERP based on client business needs. 

• Assist with system testing, training, demonstrations, and documentation. 

• Help identify and resolve functional issues and provide support to customers. 

• Work with senior consultants and project teams to complete tasks within agreed timelines. 

• Support customers with post-implementation and ongoing system support. 

• Build knowledge of IFS ERP and Supply Chain processes. 

• Communicate with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and support project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field. 

• 6 months - 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, ERP, or a related field. 

• Basic understanding of Supply Chain processes such as procurement, inventory, purchasing, or logistics. 

• Experience with IFS ERP or another ERP system will be an added advantage. 

• Exposure to ERP implementation, testing, configuration, or support is an advantage. 

• Comfortable working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and finance professionals. 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise in IFS ERP Finance solutions.
