工作职责：

1. 领导质量绩效指标审查，推动持续的质量改进行动

2. 领导日常QRQC，快速响应解决日常质量问题

3. 领导客户质量问题管理，制定明确的5W2H问题定义

4. 实施强有力的供应链遏制措施

5. 运用5-Why和8D问题解决方法进行系统的根本原因分析

6. 促进跨职能团队会议

7. 管理客户沟通，提供报告和纠正措施

8. 支持内部质量绩效审查，提供质量数据和分析

9. 吸取经验教训，在类似的生产线和产品中推出改进措施

任职要求：

1. 本科学历，电气/机械/机电一体化工程或相关专业

2. 3年以上质量工程经验，有在无刷直流电机、电动机或相关机电系统方面经验更佳

3. 熟悉ISO 9001、IATF 16949或其他质量管理标准

4. 具备英文读写能力，口语良好更佳
