Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Java Gen AI professional with 5–7 years of professional Java development experience and strong expertise in Spring Boot, core Java, and QA automation. The role combines backend application development with automated quality assurance to deliver scalable, maintainable, secure, and reliable solutions. The position contributes to business objectives by developing robust backend services, improving test coverage, integrating quality practices into delivery pipelines, and supporting efficient software delivery through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Software Requirements (Required and Preferred)
Required
Java: 5–7 years of professional development experience.
Spring Boot: Strong hands-on experience developing backend applications and services.
Core Java: Strong knowledge of collections, multithreading, exception handling, and design patterns.
QA automation: Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and testing tools.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant education and professional experience may be considered.
5–7 years of professional experience in Java development, including strong experience with Spring Boot and core Java concepts.
Relevant training in Java, Spring Boot, QA automation, API testing, CI/CD, and software engineering practices is preferred where applicable.
