Position Summary
As a Janitor at Rancho Bellagio Post Acute, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys being part of a team that supports quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain common areas, resident rooms, and offices
- Sanitize surfaces to ensure a safe and healthy environment
- Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Work independently while supporting the facility’s overall cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous janitorial experience preferred but not required
