Job description

As part of our dynamic product development environment, you will contribute to the ongoing evolution of ESET PROTECT HUB—ESET’s unified, cloud‑based platform that serves as the central gateway for managing subscriptions, identities, users, and partner relationships across the ESET PROTECT ecosystem.

What You'll Do

· Act as a key liaison between internal customers (primarily the product management department) and software development teams.

· Elicit and analyze requirements from stakeholders, identifying gaps, risks, and potential issues.

· Collaborate with UX designers, architects, developers, and product owners to define both conceptual and technical solutions.

· Create clear, structured specifications using user stories, supported by UML diagrams and other modeling techniques to ensure accurate implementation.

· Work in an Agile environment as part of a cross-functional discovery and delivery team.

What We’re Looking For

· University degree (preferably in IT, Business Informatics, or related field).

- Previous experience as IT analyst - we prefer direct experience from SW development related projects as this position is oriented on more IT/technical aspects.

- You are able to understand "IT language" of SW development teams.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

· Analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving.

· Passion for technology and improving user experiences.

Nice to Have

· Basic knowledge of UML, experience with Enterprise Architect, Jira, and Confluence.

· Understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle.

· Familiarity with Agile frameworks, ideally SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).

· Previous experience working on cybersecurity or SaaS products.

Basic wage component (brutto): from 2700 EUR/m. (brutto) 

* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate. 
* Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period(usually 6 months).
