The Position

职位概述:
作为IT产品专家，为一线工程师或用户及其它部门提供技术支持，确保罗氏仪器产品服务及时有效。
 

主要工作职责:

• 和一线工程师协作，为一线工程师提供二级技术支持服务，并跟进处理升级的疑难故障

• 为产品生命周期管理提供技术支持，确保产品生命周期管理工作顺利有效的进行

• 合理分配线上支持时间，确保远程服务的有效性

• 不定时的完成负责产品的技术文档编撰、复核和信息更新

• 收集仪器或零部件质量问题，和总部进行沟通并给出技术解决方案或者总部反馈的信息

• 和BA  SI同事紧密合作，支持并完成用户端的IT解决方案

• 协助完成工程师技术能力评估工作

基本任职资格:

• 计算机科学与技术及相关专业，本科及以上学历，硕士尤佳

• 至少4年以上IT技术支持验。有医院/检验信息系统交互经验尤佳。

• 有软件或接口开发经验尤佳

• 英语说写能力俱佳

• 熟练应用微软办公软件

专业能力/技能:

• 计划和组织

• 内外用户协调及合作

• 对IT产品有全面系统的知识，并善于原因分析、整理过程、进行分享

• 能够在支持下作为导师指导下级工程师提高技术能力

身体状况:
根据《医疗器械经营质量管理规范》以及《药品经营质量管理规范》中的有关规定，应当至少每年 进行一次健

康检查；如患有传染病或者其他可能污染医疗器械或药品的疾病的，不得从事相关工作。
