As an Internal Sales Executive based in Yeovil you will be responsible for:

• Respond to all renewable energy and MCS enquiries from branches and customers

• Contact customers via telephone, email, and other communication channels to understand requirements and develop opportunities

• Provide product and solution guidance aligned to customer needs

• Proactively re-engage dormant or stalled opportunities to maximise conversion rates

This is a permanent, full-time position working 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm.

• Previous internal sales, telesales, lead generation, or customer service experience

• Strong telephone and communication skills

• Proven ability to build customer relationships
