Key Accountabilities

• Support middle & back-office work, including Finance, Operations and Office management functions.
• Assist in the documents collection, basic data processing support.
• Assist in preparation of relevant work-based material.
• Help with basic office admin tasks and etc.
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Bachelor’s degree and above
• Fnance & accounting background preferred
• Basic knowledge for fund operations or middle & back-office relevant
• Experiences in project or case management is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and team player
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in the fast-moving environment of capital markets
• Solid PC knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint) VBA and Data processing skills is a plus
