EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the Fall of 2026.
This internship is designed to give students hands-on experience in equipment sales operations, order management, and process improvement. During the 10–12 week program, the intern will support the Corporate Sales team by preparing new equipment retail quotes, maintaining the order board, tracking orders through the sales cycle, and contributing to a meaningful process improvement project.
Responsibilities / What You Will Do
- Assist in Network installation. This includes troubleshooting issues installing racks, switches, bridges, and access points
- Aid the Low Voltage Team in the installation process by troubleshooting
- Site scans
- Assist Networking team with inventory and configuration
About You

Flexible work schedule but prefer Monday – Friday between 8am – 5pm.
What You're Working With
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a college program; business-related field preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail — accuracy in quoting and order entry is critical.
- Excellent organization and time management; ability to manage multiple active orders and priorities simultaneously.
- Must be able to provide support to users with a professional, patient and polite attitude
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve on a regular basis
- Must be comfortable working independently
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to take direction from the Low Voltage Field Technician Team
- Willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
