- Work directly with client SPOCs and internal stakeholders - not just support the team but assist in driving growth outcomes.
- Build fluency in using AI tools as a force-multiplier for comms, copy, and research - a skill set that compounds well beyond this internship.
- Get exposure to how new product lines get scoped and evaluated, from data to decision.
Responsibilities
Leverage AI tools and skills to execute multiple ad hoc tasks in comms and copy campaign messaging, lifecycle communications, in-app copy, and more.
Bring a sharp sense for what growth-initiative comms and copy actually work writing built to convert, not just communicate.
Work with client SPOCs and internal stakeholders to drive multiple growth
initiatives and comms-led KPIs, end to end.
Support data analysis and research initiatives, including exploratory work for new product lines.
Skills
Strong written communication skills; comfortable adapting tone and format across customer, client, and internal audiences.
Working familiarity with AI tools for content generation, research, and productivity, with genuine interest in using them to move faster.
Comfortable with data — pulling insights, spotting patterns, and translating numbers into a narrative.
Self-starter energy: able to work with ambiguity, juggle multiple threads, and drive things to closure with stakeholders.
Education and Qualification
A working sense of design - focused on creatives like layout and visual hierarchy
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and templatization concepts (e.g., for email or in-app comms).
Prior exposure to fintech, product, or growth/marketing through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
