About the role

Within our creative agency, Droga5, we are looking for an Integrated Business Director to lead complex client relationships, drive integrated marketing programs, and bring together multidisciplinary teams to deliver work that moves people, culture and business outcomes.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, social, PR and client partnership. You'll be responsible for aligning diverse stakeholders, guiding cross-functional teams and helping our clients solve their most important business challenges through connected, impactful work.

• Partner with strategy, creative, production and media teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

What we're looking for

• 5 - 10 years' experience in client service, account management, business leadership or integrated marketing roles within a creative, media, digital or communications agency environment.

• Proven experience leading complex, multi-channel marketing and brand programs.

• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting and driving business growth.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior client decision-makers.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, social, PR, media and production.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities and align diverse stakeholders around a common vision.

• Passion for creativity and the ability to connect creative ambition with measurable business outcomes.

• Demonstrated leadership experience coaching, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

• Strong presentation, communication and consulting skills, with confidence operating in client-facing environments.
