Role Summary and Impact

The Business Intelligence Manager leads business intelligence initiatives that transform data into strategic, commercial opportunities. This role is responsible for managing research and data budgets, building strong client relationships, and delivering actionable insights that drive business growth. By combining commercial expertise, analytical thinking, and persuasive communication, the position enables data-driven decision-making and maximizes value for both clients and the business.

Skills and Experience:

• 7-10 years of commercial experience in media, media agencies, or market research environments.
• Strong business intelligence and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Proven experience managing and controlling budgets for research and data-driven projects.
• Excellent client management, negotiation, and proposal closing skills, with a strong commercial mindset.
• Outstanding presentation and communication abilities, confidently delivering insights to clients and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
