About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to existing customers, guiding customers through the renewals cycle, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing customers and guiding them through the renewal process.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions to drive renewals and up sales.
Minimize customer churn by ensuring timely and successful renewals through proactive engagement and issue resolution
Leverage CRM and analytics tools to manage renewal forecasts and track key metrics like renewal rate and expansion revenue.
Gather and share customer feedback to help improve product adoption and reduce renewal friction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and competitors to handle objections effectively.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service on every call.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with teammates and contribute to the positive, high-energy sales culture.
Accurately document customer interactions and pipeline activity in a CRM tool.
Qualifications
1 year sales experience required (inside sales, telesales, or outbound sales experience preferred).
Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
English & German C1 level (written and spoken)
High-energy, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.
Customer-first mindset with a proven ability to build rapport quickly.
Familiarity with SaaS products, digital solutions, or cloud-based services preferred
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus (but not required).
