As an Information Designer-Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth within our Technology Consulting practice. You will focus on planning, designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting cloud-based applications, specializing in mass customization. Collaborating with product and project managers, you will drive optimized solutions within known constraints.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. With your growing business knowledge, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

Responsibilities

- Leading the design and development of cloud-based data solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights
- Managing and mentoring teams to deliver quality client service and meet project timelines
- Planning, designing, and troubleshooting cloud applications to optimize performance and scalability
- Collaborating with product and project managers to drive optimized solutions within known constraints
- Analyzing system components to identify linkages and interactions for improved integration
- Taking ownership of projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Encouraging team members to develop skills beyond their comfort zones and fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices in cloud and automation engineering-

-Advanced proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, D3.js, or similar; strong grasp of visualization principles (Tufte, Few, etc.)

-Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD; understanding of design thinking, wireframing, prototyping

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva (for rapid work)

-Light animation, interactive PDFs, or micro-interactions for digital deliverables

-Enough technical understanding to work with data teams and interpret analytical outputs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
