Job Description

NPI & Engineering at the LEGO Group is a global and dynamic force dedicated to lead the introduction of new products and platforms into our shopfloor. With a strong emphasis on Industrial Engineering, the team creates efficient production routes for each product, ensuring seamless and optimized manufacturing processes. This department also excels in Process Engineering, Manufacturing shopfloor design, Project Management, and the innovative field of Additive Manufacturing, all underpinned by a commitment to safety, reliability, quality, and confidentiality.

Main Activities

• Create and and maintain work descriptions

• Analyze operational deviations and identify corrective actions

• Analyzes reports to identify trends and impeovements opportunities.

• Act as subleader in improvement initiatives

• Create and validate SAP routings and process changes

• Support onboarding and technical guidance

• Participate in cross-functional operational initiatives
