Job Description & Summary: We are seeking an experienced Java Full-Stack Developer with expertise in React to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of experience in software development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that meet our clients' needs. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and React. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features. 

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. 

• Troubleshoot and debug applications. 

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. 

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. 

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. 

Mandatory skill sets: 

• 6 to 8 years of professional experience in full-stack development. 

• Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate). 

• Azure cloud 

• Solid experience with front-end development using React.js. 

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 

• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. 

• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

Preferred skill sets: 

• Experience with cloud service providers like Azure, which can be crucial for developing scalable applications. 

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for managing containerized applications in a microservices architecture. 

• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, including tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Travis CI. 

• Proficiency in using testing frameworks for both Java and React, such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or Mocha, to ensure robust software quality. 

• Familiarity with modern front-end build tools and libraries like Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn. 

• Knowledge of web application security principles and practices to protect against vulnerabilities such as XSS, CSRF, and SQL injection. 

• Experience working in Agile development environments, including familiarity with Scrum or Kanban processes. 

• Understanding of basic UI/UX principles to collaborate effectively with design teams and enhance user experience. 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
