Whether you're a few years in or a decade deep, this role is built for attorneys who are serious about their craft and serious about where they're going.

Manifest Law is hiring Immigration Attorneys for our individual practice at all levels. You'll work on individual immigration matters — O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, H-1B, family-based, marriage-based — with caseload complexity and autonomy that scales with your experience. What doesn't scale is the standard.

At most firms, you spend a significant portion of your time on coordination — chasing documents, following up on emails, tracking where a case stands across six different threads. At Manifest, the platform handles that:

How the model works:

You set your own caseload intensity. Take a focused, selective docket and earn a strong, stable income. Run an aggressive docket and your bonus grows with you. The lever is yours — with one condition: every case you take is worked at Manifest's standard. Aggressive SLAs, rigorous legal quality, client communication that earns loyalty. Volume never substitutes for quality here.

The career path is explicit:

• Associates build real legal skills on real cases, with direct mentorship from senior attorneys

• Mid-level attorneys grow into full case ownership and develop their client instincts

• Senior attorneys operate with full autonomy, mentor junior colleagues, and build toward practice leadership

• The destination, for attorneys who want it, is Practice Ownership — your own team, your own book, backed by the platform — earning $200K–$1M+

What we're looking for, at every level:

Associate (0–3 years): Strong legal research and writing, genuine interest in immigration law, high responsiveness, and the ambition to develop fast. Immigration clinic, paralegal, or externship background is a plus.

Mid-Level (3–6 years): Experience with employment-based or extraordinary ability petitions, growing comfort with direct client communication, and the drive to take real ownership of your matters.

Senior (6+ years): Deep expertise in O-1, EB-1A, and/or EB-2 NIW strategy, the ability to mentor junior attorneys, and the ambition to grow toward practice leadership — not just maintain a steady docket.

Across all levels, we require:

• J.D. and active U.S. bar admission (or awaiting results for associates)

• Full commitment to Manifest's SLAs and quality standards — non-negotiable at every level

• Self-motivation and ownership mindset

• A communication standard clients notice and remember

Compensation: $130,000–$250,000. Base scales with experience. Performance bonus scales with your output and quality. Path to $200K–$1M+ at practice leadership.
