You will lead the Campaign Analytics capability within Accenture Marketing Operations, managing a team of analysts and senior analysts to deliver superior audience strategies, customer insights, and campaign measurement for global clients. • Total 9plus years of experience; 5plus years in a lead role in campaign analytics, CRM analytics, or marketing analytics. • Deep expertise in customer segmentation, campaign measurement, and CRM analytics methodologies. • Strong SQL and data skills; ability to review and validate technical work across the team. • Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development.
What are we looking for? • Experience with AI,ML-driven personalization and decision engines. • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline analytics workflows, improve campaign decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency. • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering analytics-led transformation at scale. • Experience leading and developing high-performing analytics teams. • Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. • Bachelor s or master s degree in marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Define and govern campaign analytics strategy across client engagements, including segmentation frameworks, measurement methodologies, and insight generation. • Lead a team of campaign analytics professionals, providing direction, development, and performance management. • Act as a senior client advisor on audience strategy, campaign measurement, and customer insight - presenting to C-suite and senior marketing leaders. • Establish test-and-learn programs and experimentation frameworks that drive continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness. • Drive integration between campaign analytics, and marketing technology platforms • Define KPIs and success metrics for campaigns across acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and loyalty objectives. • Support in build and maintain campaign performance dashboards that provide real-time and retrospective views of marketing effectiveness. • Champion the use of insights and analytics in shaping marketing strategy, audience planning, and media investment. • Ensure data governance, privacy compliance, and ethical use of customer data across all campaign analytics activities. • Identify and develop new analytics capabilities, tools, and approaches that differentiate Accenture s service offering.
