Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair chillers, chilled water systems, pumps, and associated controls.
• Maintain and service Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Air Handling Units (AHUs), and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose and repair VRV/VRF air conditioning systems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on cold rooms, walk-in freezers, refrigerators, and other commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and resort operating procedures.
• Coordinate with other engineering team members to support resort operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical Diploma or Certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance, preferably in hotels, resorts, or large commercial facilities.
• Strong working knowledge of:
  • Chillers and chilled water systems
  • Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
  • VRV/VRF systems
  • Cold rooms and commercial refrigeration systems
  • HVAC control systems and troubleshooting
• Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Knowledge of refrigerant handling and HVAC safety procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
