We are currently accepting applications for Interns for our Sacramento Office location. This opportunity will be starting Fall 2026, working with our Human Resources team.

The Human Resources intern will gain hands-on learning opportunities that support their professional growth. Put your education into action by assisting our Human Resources team!

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills. 
• Experience with Canva is preferred. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 

Education & Experience

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field 
• Prior administrative or office support experience is preferred 
• Experience working with data, reporting, or document management is preferred 

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR projects and department initiatives. 
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other HR materials. 
• Organize, maintain and audit HR files, records, and documentation. 
• Support record retention and document management activities.  
• Conduct research and compile information for HR programs and projects. 
• Assist with data collection, tracking, and reporting.  
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.  
• Assist with training coordination, recordkeeping, and ETP-related documentation as needed. 

Safety & Physical Requirements

• Must wear proper PPE while on jobsites.
• Must comply with all safety standards and procedures.
• Sit, stand, and walk during the duration of the workday.
• Will lift, carry, push, pull, kneel, crouch, and reach.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

Salary Range:

• $22-$27
