• The minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is from € 2,400. The final offer could be higher to reflect the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable bonus payment. Capco is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation to our people. • This position is a fixed-term maternity cover role, for the duration of the maternity leave.

Role Description

• Responsible for HR Shared Services, with a focus on Recruitment & Onboarding and other HR-related topics supporting Capco UK
• Daily communication and close collaboration with HR colleagues, candidates, and new joiners
• Providing administrative recruitment support, including interview scheduling for Capco UK
• Requesting and collecting all supporting documentation required for successful onboarding
• Managing the onboarding process from an administrative perspective
• Maintaining and updating employee data in the HR database
• Contributing to the enhancement and continuous improvement of HR processes
• Supporting ad hoc operational tasks as required

Skills and Expertise

• Hands-on professional experience in HR, particularly in recruitment and onboarding
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a proven ability to perform effectively in an unpredictable, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Flexibility regarding working hours
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English
• Strong ability to work effectively in an international environment, with a focus on providing high-quality service to clients
• Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding data accuracy and quality
• Previous experience working with UK HR, recruitment, or onboarding processes would be beneficial
