What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Employee Services refer to the support andRead, understand, and analyze client processes as per business rules. • Process employee tickets and service requests related exit process for resignations, terminations, and retirements, policy queries via HR systems and ticketing platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) • Support the payroll to process final settlements, full and final calculations, and statutory dues. Validate notice period buyout, leave encashment, and deductions per policy. • Address queries from exiting employees regarding exit formalities and documentation. • Ensure a smooth and professional offboarding experience. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including exit admin structures • Execute the process accurately and timely as a hands-on processor. • Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems • Ensure LWI’s are followed and updated regularly and train the team members on process updates. • Perform “Root Cause Analysis” on issues faces and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control. • Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improve accuracy or enhance controls • Must have clear understanding of the existing matrices in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent. • Always demonstrate the highest level of customer service. • Pay close attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues. • Goes beyond immediate requests and activities to ensure both own and related tasks are completed. • Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data. • Update client applications accurately and quickly in accordance with the appropriate User Guides.

Sc - in Information Technology/Computer Science/Physics/Mathematics Work Experience: 10+ years’ experience preferably in the learning industry. •Critical Thinking •Problem Management • Working inside a small team developing web /app-based solution using common development languages • Has an in-depth understanding of Authoring tools – Articulate 360/Lectora/Captivate/Flow 2/GOMO • Has an in-depth understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML • Has experience in developing content for mobile platforms or has worked on development of mobile applications e.g., IOS, Android and Windows Phone • Experience undertaking common software quality assurance practices to validate solutions developed. Has experience creating detailed software documentation. • Strong English written / verbal communication skills. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to carry out research as necessary. • Ability to multitask and manage several concurrent work assignments while meeting agreed Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience into HR Service or Compliance-heavy role. This role bridges the gap between traditional HR administration and rigorous compliance. Roles and Responsibilities: • Responsible for translating business requirements against standard product offerings and development platforms. • Create prototypes, complete Integration testing with delivery platforms, create job aids and other relevant documentation, onboard the content development team on the tool/s and processes. • Expected to have deep knowledge about Learning Management System (LMS) like CSOD, SABA, SuccessFactors – to deploy and test the courses to provide best user’s experience. • Responsible for reporting status of team-members to internal/external stakeholders. • Up skill the content development•Regulatory Compliance Oversight: Act as the point of contact to support compliance in service delivery You will ensure that all employee records, onboarding documents, and termination procedures adhere to federal and state mandates. Audit Readiness: Lead internal audits of employee files and HRIS data. You’ll be responsible for maintaining "audit-ready" documentation for external regulatory bodies. Training Program Management Design, coordinate, and often facilitate mandatory training sessions. This includes Data compliance training, process training. Employee Inquiry Resolution: Serve as the first tier of support for complex employee relations issues, providing guidance that aligns with both company policy and legal requirements. Employee Inquiry Resolution: Assist in drafting and updating the Employee Handbook to reflect changing regulations and internal shift in best practices team on standard tools and technologies. The Technical Architect is expected to learn new tools as and when introduced and knowledge share it with other team members. • Expected to carry out R&D into new technical solutions in line with client business requirements and company strategy. • Work in collaboration with ID and media team to provide the solution as per the requirement.
