- The Student HR Associate assists HRBP’s and H.R. Administrator in all related tasks, in a professional and friendly manner.
Support Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR Reporting and other HR activities and general administration.
Key Responsibilities and End Results:
Assist with end-to-end recruitment process, e.g. updating roles on job boards, screening CV’s, aptitude tests, organizing interviews, completing reference checks, organizing medicals, etc.
Devise and Implement HR Initiatives including engagement, Jabil programmes and other site or corporate events.
Update Policies and Procedures in line with legislation changes.
H.R Administration including processing and analysing HR reports, updating key metrics & H.R. Boards.
Promote a positive employee relations culture through liaising with employees and responding to their queries efficiently.
Electronic filing and general office administration
Support all company safety and quality programs and initiatives.
Ensure ongoing compliance with GMP in all practices, recording of events and processes.
Ensure compliance with all learnings from all GMP training events.
Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time as needed, based on the evolution of the company and the requirements of the department/position.
Job Specifications: The minimum education and experience required to perform this job competently.
Be pursuing a BA or equivalent/Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or relevant HR discipline.
Competent in MS Office packages.
